Do you charge tax/shipping fee?

We provide free shipping within the contiguous United States. When you purchase products, you must pay sales tax according to local laws, typically ranging from 4% to 10%, depending on the state.

Please note: We are currently unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories or islands, including but not limited to Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the Northern Mariana Islands.

Additionally, our after-sales service centers are not yet established in these remote areas. If you purchase in bulk and use centralized forwarding for resale, please note that after-sales support such as returns or exchanges may take longer to process.
