blown up ??

I have an Exodus 600.  I have 3 @ 100 watt panels in parallel.  Output 23 volts.  Max 255 watts I've seen.  Does the E 600 limit the solar input watts automatically to 240 watts of solar, or did I blow up my E 600?  It won't charge.  AC power obviously on a 120 volt, 20 amp breaker puts out up to 2400 watts and it must be limited by the E 600 internally.  The fuse on the back is NOT blown.  TIA for any information.
