The battery drains quickly even when not in use.
Good morning. I purchased two OUPES Mega 1 Portable Power Stations; the second one was delivered on July 20th and has seen little use, always charged with 120V in slow mode.
The first unit, which I sent to my father, is experiencing rapid battery drain even when not in use, so I started checking the one I have.
It went from 84% to 69% in 5.5 hours while turned on and not in use, and then, when turned off, it lost another 5% in 14 hours. Other similar units do not exhibit this problem. I request your review and support in resolving this issue. Thank you.

It's a known issue and I fear if they figure out a way to fix it that we the people that bought this early will not be able to update the firmware as it's not available. It's sad really.
