Mega 1 won’t turn on

I wonder if anyone can help  is me my power station meg 1 1024wh it’s just stop working I can not get it to turn on? Is there like a factory reset ??

  No I sent it back. Still under warranty customer service is terrible. Luckily I bought it through PayPal. To reset hold the on and off  for 15 seconds if it doesn’t restart you’ve got a problem.
